We understand financial professionals are very busy and need to complete the most work with the least amount of clicks. CoraCloud’s latest feature allows you to do this with its latest ability to delete multiple files. This added benefit makes it easy to delete multiple files at the same time without having to individually delete each file.
To delete multiple files, simply go into the folder you need to delete files from.
Select the red 'Delete' icon in the upper right corner.
Select the files you wish to delete and then select the 'Delete' button.
CoraCloud New Feature - Restore Multiple Files
Now that we’ve enabled mass deletion, you may accidentally delete files that were not supposed to be deleted. Not to worry as we’ve enabled the same functionality to restore multiple files at once instead of individually restoring each file.
To quickly restore multiple files, go into the folder of the deleted items and select the red 'Restore' icon in the upper right.
Select the files you want to restore and then select the 'Restore' button.
Select 'Yes' to finish the restore process.
CoraCloud New Feature – Multi-factor Authentication
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) requires an additional parameter to log into your account. CoraCloud’s MFA option is email. This means that once you attempt to log in, a one-time unique code will be sent to your email. Enter this code to gain access to your account. The benefit of MFA ensures you are the only user to log in to your account and keeps your sensitive information out of the wrong hands.
The MFA functionality is self-serve so you can turn it on and off as you wish. To enable MFA for your account, select the 'Settings' icon in the upper right and then select 'My Profile.'
Under your profile information, select the 'MFA' box.
CoraCloud New Feature - Billing
CoraCloud owners can now view their bills, make a payment, setup auto pay, or add additional users to their billing notifications.
To go to the billings page, select 'Settings' then select the 'Billings' option.
CoraCloud Update - Add Client Workflow
CoraCloud now allows you to set up your client’s account before inviting them to join CoraCloud. The benefit to this workflow allows you to set up your folders, upload files, and organize their account beforehand.
When you add a new client to your account, there’s a ‘Send Invite’ button. If you would like to wait to invite your client to the folder, leave it unchecked.
After you create the client, you’ll see a 'Not Invited' status.
When you are ready to invite your client, select the 'Settings' icon for the client and select 'Send Invite.'
The client’s status will then change to 'Invited.'
