We had previously updated the Qbox desktop application.  If you have not used Qbox since June 30th, 2022, and are running into an error after maintenance, see the instructions below.

  • First right-click on the Qbox icon, and exit Qbox.
  • Uninstall the Qbox Client using the Windows Control Panel.
  • Download and install the latest version of the Qbox Client by clicking here.
