One of the fastest growing QuickBooks desktop collaboration tools has become even more user friendly!The new Qbox Explorer, released on April 23rd, provides some new functions that make it simpler to do the following:
1. Access your Qbox settings from one easy to read drop down menu 2. Drag and drop files to be added to any shared folders 3. Add multiple files at one time 4. Delete shared folders and the enclosed files simultaneously
With these enhancements, it is now much simpler to utilize Qbox not only for your QuickBooks collaboration needs but to also share Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Access databases and image files (PDFs, PNGs, JPEGS…).
